Rosso di Montepulciano "Le Colombelline"
Made with the Prugnolo gentile clone of the Sangiovese grape from the younger vineyards and processed through the SELECTION PROCESS and TRADITIONAL FERMENTATION PROCESS. Aged for 6-8 months in barrique, French oak barrels, and left to refine in bottles for many months before releasing for consumption.
It has a bright ruby red colour and a wild-fruit flavour rendering the taste harmonious and slightly tannic. This wine is rich and full and goes well with all dishes. Can quite easily be aged 5-7 years.
