Our Super Tuscan, made from pure Sangiovese grapes, is produced following the strict SELECTION PROCESS and TRADITIONAL FERMENTATION PROCESS. Unlike our other wines Bandinello is aged in barrique, French oak barrels which are toasted on the inside using an open flame.

With this very particular and expensive procedure the wine undergoes a chemical change which refines the bouquet and provides a hint of vanilla to the tannins present in the Bandinello. Its full flavour perfectly accompanies roasted or braised red meats or game.
