A "white berry" grape made from 80% Trebbiano and 20% Malvasia Toscana. Hand-picked in September and fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. Normally drunk at a temperature of around 15 degrees and within a year of it being bottled. It goes well with light and delicate starters, cheese and fish dishes.
