Our spumante is made from Chardonnay and golden Trebbiano grapes and fermented according to the Charmat method.
It is a sparkling wine with a fine, persistent "perlage" and a dried fruit bouquet. It should be served chilled and the ideal complement of hors ’oeuvres, fresh cheese and pastry dishes.
