By all means the oldest and most distinctive product of all. The various varieties of olives, Correggiolo, Leccino and Frantoiano, are picked by hand directly from the tree at the beginning of November and immediately delivered to the olive mill where they are reduced to a paste using stone wheels and then pressed at low temperatures. The extracted oil is only 15% compared to the amount of olives. The low acidity, the delicate and fruity taste with a light touch of bitterness, characterises this extra virgin olive oil and the presence of chlorophyll gives it a strong green colour.
Our limited production ensures the quality. Not only is it suitable with any sort of cooking, or as an extraordinary dressing for the typical foods of the Mediterranean diet, it is also a healthy nutrition option as it encourages the formation of "good" cholesterol and cleanses our arteries.
