Red wine from the Hills of Central Etruria
Grapes: Sangiovese, Lanaiolo, Cabernet, Sauvignon
This wine is produced from grapes picked during an early harvest, to guarantee the right level of acidity and persistent fruit-flavoured bouquet. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks, then put to age in small oak casks for 6 months. It is then bottled and left to refine for three months. It is a ruby red colour, with a full-bodied, harmonious flavour.
Alcoholic content 11.5-12 degrees
This is a very versatile wine, which should be served at 18-20 degrees. It is excellent with the entire meal, as well as snacks on seasoned cheeses.
