White Wine from the Hills of Central Etruria
The wine is fermented “ in bianco”, which means that is doesn’t come into contact with the grape skins. It is put to age in small stainless steel tanks, then bottled and left to refine for three months. It is straw-coloured, with an intense, pleasantly acidulous bouquet. It should be consumed young, at a temperature of 10 degrees and goes well with soups, risotto, pasta dishes, fish, shellfish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
